How to re-purpose extra fajita chicken made with our Texian Fajita Shake and turn it into a delicious breakfast meal for the entire family to enjoy.
Need: Extra Large Buttery Biscuit Dough, Queso Fresco, Fajita Chicken
Steps: Use a rolling pin and flatten out the biscuit dough where it stays in a nice circle. Pile high the chicken and queso fresco. (Note: Use any melting cheese, add complimentary items if you choose such as onions or bell peppers). Fold the edges of the dough together over the ingredients and pinch it shut. Roll it in your hand in a ball to ensure there are no holes. Bake at 375 for 14 minutes then let it rest 5-8 minutes for the cheese to set back up. You can also do an egg wash (add garlic!) before you bake in the oven to add one more layer of flavor! Enjoy!
